| Reg Technologies, Inc. owns the worldwide rights to the RadMax™ rotary technology and REGI U.S., Inc. owns the U.S. rights. Reg has been involved in the Research & Development of the RadMax™ Technology since 1987. The Company's goal is to license the RadMax™ technology and/or to participate in joint ventures to manufacture specific RadMax™ applications. REGI U.S., Inc. has recently opened a new U.S. office in Spokane, WA with a lease from SIRTI, a Washington State funded economic development agency (www.sirti.org). SIRTI will provide limited commercialization, technology and financial advisory services to the Company at no additional charge to REGI U.S., Inc. Lynn Petersen, our Vice President of Marketing for REGI U.S., Inc., states, "SIRTI assists the creation of new companies from innovations at regional research universities and institutions, as well as the private sector, and helps accelerate existing technology companies to grow and develop." On April 18, 2007, REGI U.S., Inc. formed a wholly-owned US subsidiary, RadMax™ Technologies, Inc, a Washington Corporation, with initial focus on winning U.S. military contracts for custom versions of RadMax™ products, as well as research and development funding to tailor RadMax™ products to meet specific requirements defined by the U.S. military services. RadMax™ products include RadMax™ internal and external combustion diesel engines, RadMax™ pumps, and RadMax™ compressors. Former REGI U.S. licensee - Radian MILPARTS has built a 42 H.P. diesel engine for unmanned aerial applications. The Company also plans to develop a RadMax™ generator for hybrid car applications. To date, Reg Technologies has designed and built an air pump for fuel cell applications as well as an air pump for lumbar seats in automobiles. The Company has also created a compressor for air conditioning units for buses.
