October 7, 2026 —Tangem Pay announced the expansion to physical payment cards, alongside the launch of cashback on eligible spending. Designed for everyday use, the new cards can be used for everything from coffee and groceries to fuel, travel and ATM withdrawals, bringing Tangem Pay closer to the experience of a traditional financial payment card while keeping crypto at the center of the product.

The first physical release will be limited to up to 5,000 white cards. Cards are issued in the cardholder’s name, the user's name by Rain pursuant to its Visa program framework a license from Visa and delivered to the shipping address provided when ordering. Availability of the physical card varies by region.

The launch addresses a familiar gap in crypto: while crypto-card spending more than tripled year over year to $1.04 billion in July 2026, using digital assets for everyday life can still require users to move between wallets, exchanges, bank accounts and separate payment products.

With the physical card, Tangem Pay users can pay online and in stores wherever Visa is accepted and withdraw cash from ATMs. Card transactions are funded from the user's Tangem Pay balance in USDC. ATM withdrawals are limited to $250 (or local-currency equivalent) per transaction and three withdrawals per 24 hours, while spending is subject to plan-specific limits. The physical card complements the existing virtual card, giving users a payment option for everyday situations where a digital wallet alone is not enough.

“Crypto should work wherever people live their everyday lives, not only inside a wallet or an exchange,”

“The physical Tangem Pay card makes that experience tangible. And with cashback paid directly in USDC, we are giving users a financial benefit they can actually use, rather than other points on balance to manage.”

Andrey Ilinskiy, Head of Tangem Pay

Alongside the physical card launch, Tangem Pay is introducing 1% cashback for Basic users and 2% for Plus users on eligible purchases of $30 or more. Basic users can earn up to $100 in cashback per month, while Plus users (Plus is a paid subscription plan at $29.99 monthly [PRICE]) can earn up to $300). Cashback eligibility varies by region and merchant category, and is subject to the Tangem Pay Cashback Terms.

Cashback is paid directly in USDC to the user's Tangem Pay account at the end of each billing cycle monthly cashback period. Tangem does not charge a transaction fee on card purchases under any Tangem Pay plan; FX, ATM, and other third-party fees may apply. Plus members also receive free delivery on their first physical card, free no Tangem fee on ACH/Wire on-ramp for eligible U.S. bank transfers (the sending bank may charge its own fees), and Visa Signature benefits. Cashback eligibility varies by region and merchant category.

The expansion comes as stablecoins move deeper into mainstream payments. Visa reported an annualized stablecoin settlement volume of approximately $7 billion as of March 2026, reflecting the growing role of stablecoins in moving money through established payment infrastructure.
