2. Permitted use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the content for your own personal or internal business use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Prohibited use — scraping, harvesting & republication
You may not, and may not permit any third party or automated system to:
- scrape, crawl, spider, harvest, index, cache or otherwise systematically extract or collect content, data or metadata from the Service, except by mainstream search engines acting in accordance with our robots.txt for legitimate indexing;
- copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, syndicate, sell, licence, mirror, frame or otherwise make available any part of the content or data, in any medium, without our prior written permission;
- access, query or use any RegTech.com API, endpoint or underlying data feed to build, train, populate or operate any competing or derivative product, dataset, model or service;
- use any automated means (including bots, scripts or data-mining tools) to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce, or that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.
4. Intellectual property
All content, data, compilations, design, trademarks and other materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to RegTech.com and are protected by copyright, database and other intellectual-property laws. The selection, arrangement and compilation of the content is our exclusive property. Unauthorised use may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Certain features (such as member directories) may require registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose. You should not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegTech.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
8. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any breach of these Terms, including blocking access, issuing takedown notices, and pursuing legal remedies for unauthorised copying or scraping.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
